Planning, self management, successful graduation
Many PhD-students struggle with unforeseen changes, setbacks and delays. How to react if the desired data is missing? How can one succeed in the PhD-project?
Project management offers methods and techniques which are consistently implemented in modern research management. The seminar addresses graduate students and project leaders of scientific groups. In free discussions the particular basic conditions, success criteria and auxiliary tools of academic projects are compiled.
The workshop was held by Dr. David Hoeflmayr, international Vice President of debitel AG. After his graduation in psychology, economics and jurisprudence, Dr. Hoeflmayr led numerous industrial and academic projects. He teaches project management as a visiting lecturer at the faculty for marketing and management at the LMU.
The Workshop was organized and funded by CeNS and the International Graduate Program NanoBioTechnology, supported by the Elitenetzwerk Bayern.
