LabVIEW workshop
The Center for NanoScience and the SFB1032 offer a professional programming course in cooperation with National Instruments. No prior programming knowledge is required to participate in this course! The 3-day course contains all content from the standard LabVIEW Core 1 & Core 2 courses offered by National Instruments:
- Get familiar with basic programming concepts
- Learn how to develop basic applications using a data flow oriented graphical programming environment.
- Get familiar with programming architectures (State Machines & Producer Consumer)
- Learn how to take physical measurements
- Log data in different file formats
- Create your own user interfaces
- Learn debugging techniques
- Create your own applications
The course will be taught by PhD students, who are trained by National Instruments to provide an Industry Level learning experience. Successive events in the future include the option to achieve certifications (Certified LabVIEW Developer & Certified LabVIEW Architect) and trainings about measurement principles for your own experiment.
