Communication, in particular intercultural communication within teams, across teams and with your supervisor can sometimes be challenging and be a source of conflicts. In this seminar we provide practical tools to

• communicate more effectively
• support collaboration within your teams
• navigate more easily leadership situations & better manage expectations with your supervisor

Our Seminar comprises some theoretical input, self-reflection, exchange with peers and working on real situations that many of you encounter on a daily basis.
