ERC Starting Grant for Ralf Jungmann

CeNS member wins highly-endowed research grant

 

A Starting Grant awarded by the European Research Council (ERC) in its latest funding round has gone to CeNS member Dr. Ralf Jungmann (LMU Munich & MPI for Biochemistry). He received the award for his project "MolMap - From Tissues to Single Molecules: High Content in Situ Super-Resolution imaging with DNA-PAINT".

The award is worth approximately 1.5 million euros over a period of five years. Starting Grants are designed to support cutting-edge research by supporting outstanding researchers who have already shown themselves to be particularly creative.
