Prof. Ulrich Schollwöck is new CeNS Board Spokesman

At its first meeting, the newly-elected CeNS board appointed Prof. Ulrich Schollwöck as the new spokesman of the board. Prof. Schollwöck has been CeNS board member since 2009.
